Pros

eHealth has been a great company to work for. They are consistently adapting to the ever-changing world of insurance. They believe in the work/life balance, and it shows every day. They are also a virtual first company which allows me more time with my family. Great benefits!!!!

Cons

Communication can be lacking at times. lack of advancement opportunities. Vacation accrual has been cut back.
