Pros

They have had major changes in the company. Including letting 25% of the workforce go earlier in the year. Due to these changes the licensing department had to pivot pretty drastically. That was overwhelming but overall the management really cares for you and it doing a great job at trying to help you deal with the work load. You can leave your work at work which is the biggest pro and no selling.

Cons

They pay is just not worth the workload in my opinion. However, my background is sales so take that with a grain of salt. I wouldnt SELL for them again unless they could prove their chaos has calmed down. But licensing is a nice position if you're not looking for a high paying gig.

Pros

Working here is pretty typical call center job. Its a lot of new stuff to learn but once you understand it’s pretty easy to keep up with your work load. We get summer refresh days, door dash free delivery and healthcare.

Cons

Super busy during open enrollment. Rude customers. Sometimes extra work will be assigned to you if you’re good at what you do.
