Pros

I've worked here for a couple of years and I really can't see myself being anywhere else. There's incredible benefits and it's great money. What's impacted me the most at GMG is the leadership. We have staff that cares about us as employees and the beneficiaries we help.

Cons

Just like any sales job, this is a mentally tough business. The silver lining is there's sales coaching and pre-approved OT.

Pros

Best place I have ever worked. Me and my peers have a clear direction of the company and the growth available at Ehealth Austin. The commission structure is built for someone to succeed. There is a very positive culture and you know that your superiors want you to succeed.

Cons

Just like any sales job - it is all about mindset if you allow yourself to be surrounded by negative people your mentality will fall and you will not be successful at this job.
