They set you up to succeed. All managers are willing to help when needed if your direct supervisor is unavailable. Relatable upper management. They incentivize pretty much everything you do to keep everyone motivated. Instead of turning new hires away when the pandemic hit, they scrambled to get everyone set up w/the proper equipment to work from home & still succeed.
