Pros

I love not having to cold call. I get to sit at a desk and people call me that are interested in my product. Great bonuses and benefits as well. The training was very thorough and fun.

Cons

I don’t have as much freedom as when I was an independent insurance agent because I have to clock in and clock out, but the benefits and not having to cold call are well worth it!

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. I’ve been here close to a year and the compensation is great, the people are great, the hours are good. If you have discipline you can make a lot of money, but you have a bit of freedom so if you chose to talk and walk around you won’t make as much.

Cons

The only down side in my eyes is the fact that it’s still a call center at the end of the day. It’s a professional environment and everyone has their space but you’re still on the phone. If you’re someone like me that is highly active then it can grow on you, but at the end of the day the pros far outweigh the cons.
