Pros

The company pays you to study and take your state exam to become a licensed insurance agent. The company has a great work life balance ethic. Great pay and opportunity for growth!

Cons

We are still work from home and I would like to be in the office! The great thing is they provide all equipment and pay for your phone and internet bill every month.

Pros

Management is first class. Supervisors are there to help you succeed and there is a lot of potential for upward mobility.

Cons

The job itself can be very challenging and a grind a lot of the time. You have to understand the clientele you will be calling in this job, but if you put the work in, the reward can be huge.
