Pros

Work 8 hours - I go home at 2:30. Get paid over $100k - several of us do. Leads are calling you. Helping people pay less for healthcare and get better benefits at the same time. Great Insurance On site gym

Cons

Does have a call center feel Paid vacation is only paid on hourly rate so time off is going to mean a big chunk off your monthly earnings. Only 30 min for lunch. All things considered though it's a fantastic job - nothing is perfect.

Pros

A great place to work with an amazing training program. They will provide you will all of the tools you need to be successful on a daily basis. If you have a positive attitude and are willing to put in the work this is the place for you. Compensation is great and you have the potential to make some serious money! The incentive structure is generous and you have multiple products to sell which only increases your potential income. My experience with management has been great and based on some of the older reviews there seems to have been an overhaul of managers and supervisors. So don’t let the old reviews scare you. Schedules are flexible and they offer a wide range of shifts. Work culture is super positive and laid back which is hard to find. Having a casual dress code is also a great perk!

Cons

I don’t have any at the moment but will update my review if I ever do.
