Pros

Pay check, not much after that

Cons

Hmm, Where do I start Extremely micromanaged, unworkable metrics, Shifting HR polices Wage manipulation, Unethical Business practices, etc. When you are a FT Medicare sales agent at Ehealth, you are the equivalent of being a temp employee. Sure you have bene's and 401k, but can and will be fired at anytime for any reason. The company constantly over forecasts its projected earnings to attract future investors, thus putting sales reps on a constant edge to (hard)sell. HR policies change without notice. No work life balance. Over a 60% attrition rate. I'll stop there.
