Pros

Great culture and working relationship with teammates. Great boss who is excellent to work with.

Cons

The sales team doesn't know which team to contact when there is an emergency. I wish other teams would take more accountability and it all did fall on our team.

Pros

Can't think of any Pros

Cons

Bad commissions, most of management has no idea how bad call quality is. Lie about schedule changing

Pros

Training , support, guidance, motivation, 30-60+ inbound calls per day. Excellent opportunity for "real" salesman that will put in the work. 8 hours...in and out and done. No horrible hours and time away from family. I work 6:30am-3pm which is great for family time

Cons

Fast paced, adherence and call time is tracked
