Pros

The health benefits are good especially since they start the first day and the potential to make good money is there.

Cons

It's not a career job. If someone can last more than a couple years it is a big accomplishment, or is it? After a while you either get burnt out or pushed out, no matter your sales performance.

Pros

Candy break room. Good coworkers. Nice office. Excellent paid training. Love that benefits start day 1. You can work an early shift and get off earlier then the regular 9 to 5er.

Cons

I'm upset with Ehealth. They had a top performer who was doing well above the rest of the agents. His actions were fraudulent. They should of managed him out sooner. This job burns you out. They give positions to move up only to the favorites. Why is their only men getting hired in every position that opens up? I predict a mass exodus, I really do. It's so stressful now and bad energy. This company has become a dental brokerage. Why are they hiring all these new people? Take care of the vets first!!
