Pros

Very impressive training; All in-bound phone calls; working with senior market, which is growing robustly now and in the long-term future; base pay with commissions

Cons

commission structure in low with no chance for renewals; most phone calls taken during during non- Annual Enrollment Period are not viable sales opportunities; every minute of your work day (outside of 30 minute lunch & two 15 minute breaks) is monitored

Pros

Clear direction of goals, where company is going, and tasks to get there. Good benefits including increasing paid time off for years of commitment.

Cons

No real "coaching" to better career. Giving employees stock does not benefit them as much as it does upper management. Cash bonuses are always more appreciated.

Pros

Great fellow employees. Good health insurance benefits.

Cons

Terrible upper level management (of course, they make all the rules). Mid level managers do the best they can for you with the restrictions that their managers place on them. Look at their stock price to confirm an very unsuccessful upper management with poor decision making abilities. In Jan 2014 it was over $60. Today its under $10. Terrible business model, and the non-salaried employees pay the price.
