Pros

Fellow coworkers were genuine people, which most have now quit since they cut the commission structure by a significant amount.

Cons

I have no idea what the managers do. I rarely see them do any work outside of rarely giving out a code or a weekly training on how to sell a policy. Which is funny cause they are never on the phones selling. Also, Im a younger female professional and one of the managers would hit on me and I knew he was hitting on other females as well. I wont mention names but he was in his later 50's and thinks he's cool cause he's growing his hair out. Really old man? Creep!

Costly Mistakes by Management

Pros

The people on the teams are wonderful to work with. Easy to navigate and get things done rather quickly

Cons

First it started with no bonuses for 2014, CEO bragging about his new purchases in front of employees the day before the layoff - TACKY Then the mass layoff of 150 employees. Management let credible, hardworking employees that had seniority go and kept employees with less seniority and not hardworking stay - shame on you! Now they have employees leaving daily, the company is in a "bad" state of repair.
