      Small Minded management driving company off a cliff

      Pros

      Lots of free time to do other things. There are still good people around, but the % is decreasing rapidly

      Cons

      Senior management of this company is a joke. They say they want to focus on Medicare, but no actions support it. Layed off a bunch of Medicare positions. Company has no direction and is now becoming petty about everything. Just announced a forced PTO week in July in order to reduce PTO balances. Every employee just wants to leave - only a matter of time in the job market. And for those who say the 401k is good, do your homework. My financial advisor says it is one of the lowest he's ever seen.

      -The cost reduction program aims to increase efficiencies and accelerate the company's return to profitability through a reduction of fixed costs, majority which comes from employee costs in the company's customer care and enrollment and technology and content groups. -Strategic downsizing of the company's workforce in the United States is equal to approximately 15% of the company's worldwide workforce.

      Cons

      -Estimated 15% reduction in its workforce or approximately 160 positions -Management at all levels is not up front with employees and changes directions weekly-- can't be trusted -Compensation plan changes monthly and has been slashed by 50% -VERY unhappy current employees and many are leaving for other opportunities
