Pros

We have a brand new facility in the Westford, MA office and it is a nice environment to work out of...for now

Cons

The workforce is one that is very cut throat and backstabbing. Nearly each and every person is totally inconsiderate to his/her fellow employees. Women use the restroom as a social lounge while I've heard that male employees have observed others urinating on the bathroom floor. The parking lot is absolute chaos resembling that of a scene in Apocolypse Now. Employees have been known to intentionally park next to nice cars in an attempt to be "funny". It's as if they don't care for others personal property...or they have the humor of that of an 8 year-old

Pros

Nice coworkers People come in late and leave early

Cons

The corporate culture is very 1990's and so is the management style. eHealth's outlook is very unpredictable and there is a good chance this company will sufferer severe setbacks because of legislation.

Pros

Solid management. Paid training and licensing is all good. They even pay a pro-rated portion of monthly bonus while training, after you pass state license test. Management and superviser do their best to assist people.

Cons

Not enough sales training, as focus is on medicare sales. Tough to be successful based on that lack of training. If you have previous sales training, then you can be successful. Limited promotion opportunities or carreer paths.
