Pros

Family oriented company with a pay rate to match. This is a great place to earn an honest income. Clearly they give good insurance to their employees and the benefits is top notch. Most pay rate start around $16 an hour or more, plus commission for sale. The leadership is strong and willing to work with to achieve your goals. Lots of employee communion so everyone gets to know everyone unlike most office based companies where you go you work and you go home.

Cons

If you are trying to stay away from snack and candy... Be aware, there is a whole room filled and design to weaken your resolve. All kinds or juice, candy and snacks. And they will shower you with it all if you let them.
