Pros

The turnover rate is so high that they have a new training class starting every month. The pressure you to sell even if it's not good for the old person you are helping. So shady.

Cons

Nothing good here. Everyone is depressed and overworked.

No organization is perfect, employees will always find "Cons" and it is up to these employees to voice their opinions and turn these Cons into "Pros" for them and their colleagues.
