Pros

Work from home. Excellent training program. Excellent continuing education. Nice supervisors. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Big brother type of micromanagement. They want high pressure type sales tactics. Upper management and direct supervisors give conflicting information. No opportunity to change position if you aren't good at sales, even if you know more about Medicare than most people supervising you. HUGE hiring push in July to staff for upcoming AEP. Expect 1/3rd to be laid off week after OEP. Very llittle lead ownership. Constantly changing commission structure. Not sure how owning and using Medicare.com is not misleading when Medicare.gov is Medicare's actual address. Lower performers get low call tiers, but are still expected to succeed.

Pros

They have had major changes in the company. Including letting 25% of the workforce go earlier in the year. Due to these changes the licensing department had to pivot pretty drastically. That was overwhelming but overall the management really cares for you and it doing a great job at trying to help you deal with the work load. You can leave your work at work which is the biggest pro and no selling.

Cons

They pay is just not worth the workload in my opinion. However, my background is sales so take that with a grain of salt. I wouldnt SELL for them again unless they could prove their chaos has calmed down. But licensing is a nice position if you're not looking for a high paying gig.
