Pros

There were great benefits and their AEPS were amazing. I loved being an agent and I didn’t take the supervisor position because I made more as an agent unfortunately so I went unto a different company that paid $80k instead of $55k. I do know they’ve increased salary for leadership. But I was loyal to them and their process.

Cons

However, they have downsized and are having some trouble like similar big Medicare brokerages. Just do your homework.

Pros

Working at eHealth has been a great experience for me overall! The benefits are great, and they really listen to the employees. When we said we were burned out from the busy season they added an extra 4 (or 5) days off called "recharge days". When we said we wanted to stay remote, they started the transition to a permanent work from home company (except those who actually wanted to work in an office). Pay was above market average in my opinion as well which is hard to come by now days. I highly recommend this job to anyone who likes sales!

Cons

Sales jobs can be difficult, but that's just sales.
