Pros

They do offer good benefits.

Cons

Where to even begin, I worked here for a few years and it started well until the site that I was at did stopped promoting females. They fired the majority of the site with no warning and no explanation. Leadership is a joke at this company they only hire yes man to do the higher ups bidding, not people that actually know how to do the job. Agents are under trained, asking for help from a supervisor or manager is a joke, either you don’t hear back all day because they’re not even at work or everyone you ask gives you a different answer because they don’t even know and they just answer to answer instead of giving you the correct information. They change the commission structure quarterly to make up for not hitting projections, agents get screwed on their commissions. They started basing your pay off of “compliance” despite no training a new compliance requirements and supervisors admitting they themselves could not meet these requirements, it is simply away for them to underpay their top agents and fire who they don’t like. They push you to make a sale even if it’s not best for the customer, or even if the customer doesn’t understand what’s going on. Their advertising is a scheme to scam the elderly and their “call list“ is an unethical. The Company has taken a turn and their priorities now seem to be to scam the elderly, and to scam their employees. The turnover rate is like nothing I’ve ever seen, the employees are under trained, and there is nobody to help them once they hit the phones. Companies like this Is why insurance agent get a bad wrap, I would recommend applying elsewhere.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any

Cons

Horrible pay, the company keeps 35% of your earned commission every month. Hours are awful, they force you to work mandatory 10 hour days for 6 days a week from October-Dec. they literally tell you to let your family know you won’t be seeing them until Christmas. I’ve worked here a year and they have had multiple mass layoffs. The turnover rate is insane.

Great place to be

Pros

Unbeatable health benefits Tuition reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Great Earning Potential (as an agent I saw some $15k one month commission checks) Paid Internet and Cell Bills

Cons

This is not the place for weak salespeople. If you show up to fight and earn money, you’ll do great. If you show up to complain about leads, then you will express that negativity to your clients and not make money!
