Not a good company

Pros

Reimbursement of phone and internet. Bonuses for compliance and adherence

Cons

Terrible management! They only care about the company and you’re just a number. The leads are very scammy and they don’t care. They’ll punish you for their screw up and then blame you

Pros

WFH full time, flexible schedule.

Cons

There is very little upward mobility here. Management believes that the "kudos" and "thank yous" they provide are a suitable substitutes for any form of monetary compensation.
