Pros

From the hiring process to the present, this is a great company! I have been treated with respect, and given the opportunity to constantly improve my sales process, with the support of my Supervisor. I started in June 2022, Management is available to communicate with us at anytime. Upper management reads their emails, and responds. The transparency is refreshing. I recommend this company to anyone. Change is progress, and pivoting keeps it fresh.

Cons

There are none. ehealth isn't my first job.

Pros

This place really makes me a better person; there is no push thru it when something isn't working and there is no stigma for asking for help no matter the title. Agents are treated like the biggest asset that the world has because this leadership team strives to be the best for them and to make sure that they are getting the training, coaching and tools needed to succeed. Upper management's desire to fix and/or address agent level concerns actually comes for a place of caring about the people not just the sales. The VP of sales, Bob Reeves, actually reads ALL the comments and take it to heart when something isn't working. Besides the great benefits, fun environment, great pay this place has leaders that don't see themselves as "Bosses". I wonder what did I do to earn a spot with people that are not just good at their jobs but care about building future leaders. the COO Roman Rariy actually took time to talk to me abut my insecurities and how to get past them and when I meet him a second time he remember not just my name but my struggles and called out my successes. I can't put into words how thankful I am that they saw something in me and how great and supported I feel with my peers. I keep waiting for the shoe to drop but it won't because this place is strives to keep employees by meeting what needs they can. eHealth truly cares not in words only but in action and deeds

Cons

Working remote is one of the biggest benefit and draw back, after going into office for a time and meeting my peers for the 1st time in person. It makes me want to go in office everyday. Its really motivating to be among each other and makes me want to move closer to a site
