- I loved the people I worked with - I received great mentoring - Company culture was fun and supportive - Meetings were actually enjoyable - Meaningful projects to work on - Fun summer work party

Cons

- Pay is slightly lower than industry average in Utah - Normal growth pains as the company gets larger - Limited opportunities for advancement

Pros

eLearning Brothers is by far the best place I have ever worked. I am treated with respect and valued for my contribution. This company really cares about work/life balance and puts the employees first. Every Wednesday is pickleball. Thursday is "Sports Coat Thursday" and Friday is "Free Donut Friday." we all wear eLB branded clothes on Friday just because we love this place. They also provide free hair cuts once a month. I love this. eLearning Brothers is one of the fastest growing companies in Utah and one of the best places to work.

Cons

Not enough foosball tournaments. ;-)

very cheap. sales are still new to this company. top leaders don't understand sales much.
