Pros

I have been working for eLuma as a therapist for over 7 years. It is a very organized company with opportunities for therapists to even gain higher level management of therapists in regions across the United States (virtually of course). It's a very positive company to work for with very competitive pay for therapists with experience. I would highly recommend this company to therapists wanting to try tele therapy as well as experienced therapists looking for a part time job.

Cons

The only downside is that we are now independent contractors, so while we make more money we don't have access to 401k. However, I have just invested my money into a Roth instead.

The entire team is very caring, dedicated and easy to work with; 100% work from home; flexible scheduling; CEO and other senior management are very involved and accessible

The compensation is lower than I'm used to
