So much change

Pros

The best part about working at emaint was the people. It was also neat seeing how much a small start up could grow and being a part of it. Unfortunately so much changes there in a matter of months that it seems to be another company entirely now.

Overworked, sometimes unprofessionalism in management

Pros

Food perks are nice. Seems like all the other perks have dried up with the aquisition

Cons

Big change since fluke came in. Team is understaffed. Clients are leaving and screaming. Open conflict between departments. The team used to care, now its a paycheck.
