Pros
Applied five times to get this job and it’s the best choice I ever made. There are always new projects or complicated support requests so while I used to work for firms in house, consulting was the right choice for me. Since starting I have recommended the firm to friends and with our expansion many have joined the team. The environment is fun and while customer demands will always exist I cannot see working anywhere else.
Cons
Expand the main corporate office. With all the growth we need more space to demo, build, relax, and get away to think through complex problems we need solve.
