Work from home if you want, decent benefits, there always seems to be free food around - lots of career opportunities

Cons

HR seems to be running the company. They introduced a whole new range of titles and salary bands that was intended to create career paths. It has to some extent, but the side effect is a hostile, cut-throat environment. People with tenure who are good at what they do but just want to contribute are effectively locked out of pay raises.

A mess of technical debt

Pros

If you're focused on the surface aspects of the company.. we're doing fairly well. Decent pay and good benefits. However, if you're dev minded, see below..

Cons

Some people over-worked and others under utilized. The state of the code base makes everyday a constant battle to get the job done with not enough emphasis on quality engineering. Both dev and product management are fairly short sighted and don't understand our system does not perform to the level they think it does. Their answer: hire as many engineers as quickly as possible.

Pros

Awesome state of the art work place, free food, snacks, and drinks, great benefits, chance to get suite tickets for games and events at Wells Fargo Center, casual dress everyday, game room, etc! Great people to work with, and they only hire the best! Good work/life balance!

Cons

No major cons. Maybe that they're hiring so many people, that it's hard to meet everyone. And there's lots of restructuring to accommodate all the growth.
