      benefits package, PTO, remote work options

      Cons

      Upper level management, trickle down micromanaging, toxic environment, stats and numbers are the only metrics used, high turnover at all levels, skilled CS reps are not utilized, advice from front line representatives and tenured employees is ignored. Favoritism, nepotism and sexism are rampant.

      Great People, Okay Job

      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are pretty fantastic, driven, and intelligent people. We get to work with a lot of new technology and have a lot of independence and freedom with how we get to move towards solutions. The atmosphere can be pretty fun, I think eMoney does a good job finding people who are good to work with.

      Cons

      Massive brain drain in development over the past few years, the company has lost a lot of long term employees in the development space which has really hurt. There seems to be a headlong rush into pushing for new features and adding new stuff and constantly piling more work onto dev teams. If you want good results, there needs to be time to focus and achieve said results. It's impossible to work on 7 different things at one time and have any of them do well. Benefits and compensation are average at best. Raises are mediocre. PTO starts @ 15 days + a day for your birthday. Gone are the days of starting with 24 days of PTO, which they need to bring back for the new employees.
