      - Remote - 20 Days PTO from the start - 100% vested 401(k) immediately

      Cons

      - New management leaves a lot to be desired - CS department is losing its "gel" and no longer what it used to be - SD office closed recently, so losing a lot of comradery with teammates - Career progressions aren't highly available after your first promotion.
