Talented individuals, financial service industry comprehensive learning and experience, immediate supervision is better than expected. workplace perks (free food, snacks, company wide events)

Cons

Lack of communication between departments and from the top down. Upper management has little consideration of the effect of decisions on the front lines.

- Culture was inclusive - State-of-the-art HQ in Philly suburbs - Executive management was approachable and genuinely interested in new ideas and feedback from workforce - Industry-leader in providing advisers with comprehensive practice management software -SaaS

Cons

- Pay is below industry average - Nepotism- many associates have parents that are very successful advisers that use eMoney - 95% of employees do not understand financial planning basics-- No FIN, all TECH - Lack of organization/communication between departments - Difficult to assess where you stand in terms of your work performance - 401k plan is weak and health insurance is not comprehensive

Everything. Terribly run company. Just awful. From training, or lack there of, pay rate, work load... worst job I’ve ever had.
