Pros

Health benefits are amazing, PTO and 401K are also good. Remote first and means it, no pressure to go into an office, even if you live close to one. Everyone is welcoming and ready to help you learn when you start, never run into a *virtual* closed door when needing to talk to people. Regular salary reviews and quarterly promotion cycle are documented and followed, no guessing on the process.

Cons

Product roadmap and long-term vision could use some work, feels like there aren't milestones or concrete plans to maintain growth.

They listen, they care, they seek employee input and strive for improvement Lots of perks on site (great breakroom filled with snacks) and offsite Fully remote positions available Excellent bonus structure Above average retirement plan Empowerment points -rewards for work anniversary dates, going above and beyond and points to show appreciation (can be employee to employee). Very healthy growth outlook Servant / coach leadership style (when appropriate)

Cons

Nothing significant! They take employee surveys to heart. I can honestly say there have been very few companies I've working IT for 20+ years and even longer in the general workforce that have come even close to EMA!
