      Great company with poor execution from executives.

      Pros

      Great people, open communication, endless budget from Guardian Insurance.

      Cons

      CEO will fire people for no reason. He talks behind everyone's back, makes decisions in seconds without any care, and most importantly thinks the product sells itself. He has derogatory terms for the women he hires and his developers. Needless to say, I'm glad I don't work their anymore.

      Pros

      Everyone here is great to work with. They all have a positive attitude and contagious work ethic. I feel like the work I do everyday contributes to the company and is appreciated. There are also great benefits, lots of free food, and plenty of company activities to get involved socially.

      Cons

      I wish there were more healthy snacks, but that is starting to be fixed!

      Really passionate employees and everyone is in it together to make the product and their work environment as good as it can be.

      Cons

      Sometimes the office rooms can be a little isolating from other employees.
