Pros

They very much value their employees and show it! You will not feel like just a number there. You will feel like your talents are truly appreciated. You will have an excellent work like balance there. Your colleagues will be talented, dedicated and fun to work with. The health benefits are phenomenal and the pay is competitive. My only reason for leaving was wanting to be back in the healthcare industry. My enjoyment at eMoney made it an extremely difficult decision and I will miss them!

Cons

More time off would be nice! But the PTO policy did recently increase, so it's now more competitive.

Pros

Benefits are amazing healthcare and PTO. 401k not as generous. Leadership communicates a lot and cares about the employees and their opinions. Employees get promoted quickly sometimes before they are ready

Cons

Leadership has a challenge managing very junior teams who have limited experience and continually complain about things that are not realistic. Need to replace old regime with employees that understand the realities of business. Complain less and just do your job!

Pros

The workplace feels like a community; your co-workers are family. Leadership is supportive, caring, and takes the time to get to know people and not just their function in the organization. Benefits and perks are competitive. Paid parental leave, education assistance, flexible work options (go fully remote!), and more. An overabundance of free snacks (LOTS OF SNACKS!) and beverages (La Colombe, Starbucks, LaCroix) including milkshakes. Good luck finding that elsewhere. Seriously! You'll enjoy happy hours in the office, ping pong, fooseball, video games, and more just because!

Cons

Nothing to report here. No company is perfect.
