Pros

Benefits range from average to great. 401k could be better, but decent. Flexible work/life balance. Lunch is provided often, for what it's worth.

Cons

Leadership has mostly left over the last six months (including the founder walking away overnight), and there is no one to corral the spoiled children that infest this company. Even more individuals confided that they are looking for a way out as well. Blackballing, gossiping, and straight up cronyism are out of control, with no one there left to right the ship. There is zero accountability and you will be lied to constantly from the moment you walk in the door. Compensation is lacking, and benefits are likely to be scaled way back in the coming year.

Pros

eMoney is a great place! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It has a cool feel, in that it is a mix between a tech company and a financial services company.... so you have your techies and your wall streeters... and really everything in between. Management really puts an effort in to make the employees happy. They do everything they can to make the office a happy place to be. It is a special place that was started by some very special people.

Cons

Pretty much everyone starts out in customer service, which isn't an easy thing to do no matter what company you work for. You spend most of the day talking with disgruntled advisors.

Great Culture

Pros

eMoney provides it's employees with an unmatched company culture. Barbecues, picnics & parties are a regular occurrence. The dress code is very casual and quirkiness is encouraged. Benefits are great and keep company morale high.

Cons

Career paths are not clearly defined. Company favorites are definitely rewarded more than others. Social hierarchy definitely exists, but that can be said about almost every company.
