They really take care of their employees. Everybody's opinion matters, no matter what, even newer employees/interns. It's great and very rewarding. The company is at the point where you can really feel your impact in the software. You can really see how you contributed, which is awesome.

Cons

The fully stocked kitchen is too tempting!
