      Cons

      CMO creates a hostile video meeting environment. Lots of middle fingers being shown and swearing. Trash talks everyone in other departments. Not an encouraging environment

      Pros

      Great Culture. Very laid back and the company provides many fun activities throughout the year. Get to work with clients all over the country in many different industries.

      Cons

      Not much room for promotion. The only way to make more money is by increasing individual sales and strengthening your accounts.

      I honestly cannot think of one. A good 'starter job' if you plan to stay only 1 year. Good benefits.

      Terrible upper management, patronizing, no support from team, lousy hours, low-pay, overworked, micro-managed.
