Pros

They are very family oriented so you will have time to spend with your family and loved ones. It's a family environment type of job and people are very open to helping you when you need help with anything. You can reach out to any office and they will help you. It's also a very open job to discuss your concerns or etc. The senior management is awesome because they travel around to meet you and you feel like they genuinely care about thoughts/concerns.

Cons

There is not much room for growth and the pay could be a little better.

One of the best places I've ever worked. The culture and the people in leadership make it a pleasure to come in to work every day. The mission and values that eShipping shows on their website is very much practiced every single day.

Cons

The salaries across the board tend to be lower compared to the industry. However, the culture and work environment keep people at eShipping.

Pros

Great work environment. After spending years in jobs where people walked over each other to succeed and gain promotions, this office has been a breath of fresh air. Management actively seeks to promote from within and will do their best to fit you to a role that enables you (accounting for your unique personality) to succeed. They have understood my busy school schedule and have allowed me to change my hours every semester to attend the classes I need. I have never loved to come to work before and complete a worthwhile mission with people who quickly became my close friends.

Cons

Good starting wage, however, part-timers do not receive raises outside of the annual increase to offset inflation.
