Christian and professional working environment.

Cons

Honestly they push that they have such a wonderful work environment and culture. But how much is good culture worth? lowest paying in the freight industry. Overpriced health insurance and poor benefits. Also as soon as someone leaves they dont hire to replace that person they take the work load and divide it among people who are already overworked and underpaid.

People centric! Company that values collaboration and raising your hand when you need help. Core Values and leadership are STRONG. Logistics is a tough industry to be in but they make it enjoyable.

Cons

Growing company, so processes can change often. New tools are being introduced, but sometimes you have to learn a new way of doing things.
