Great people and culture. Everyone is very helpful! A good first job to get your foot in the corporate world.

Cons

under market pay which causes a high turnover rate. Most people don't stay over a year or two because there's no path to moving up in the company. They normally have outside hires for anything over an entry level position. On top of that the raises, if any, are very minimal. It's a smaller company so they like to put as many tasks as possible on one person without any extra compensation to show for it. Also too much micromanagement all around.

Nice peers, nice office, "foot in the door" job

Cons

upper management is full of snakes, not diverse, no yearly raises, bad technology. they recruited college grads at $15/hr and have no problem laying them off in less than a year. they have a great sales pitch to get you in, but NO opportunities for upward mobility when you are committed. they are probably going to sell in the next year.
