1. eShipping is organically growing very quickly. With this growth comes more opportunities for individuals to grow with the company 2. The leadership is authentic and just as interested in growing people as growing the business. The best I have had the opportunity to work with 3. Very family centered company

Cons

With eShipping being such a young company, there are not many "extra" benefits like discounts, special programs, etc. you would most likely find at a larger company. But with time, I know this will change as leadership is always evaluating employees needs.

-not a ton of vertical growth opportunities, most are horizontal moves. -opportunity for raises are very minimal, pay to employees is poor -upper management makes promises they often do not keep
