There are a lot of good people with great abilities there. The culture is great but the management only follows the culture in word.

Cons

The upper management changes processes without much thought of how that affects the individual. Its all about numbers. They also are very good at allowing you to believe you will be doing one thing and then having you do another. If you work hard you are blessed with more work and not much, if any pay bump.
