Great people, Friendly atmosphere. Everyone at eShipping is very friendly and there isn't a person at the company that you cant reach out to and have direct communication with.

Cons

pay can be low for someone with a 4-year degree just starting out. Don't expect pay increases unless you ask and/or try to leave . The industry itself is very competitive , and can be very hard to take the punches from carriers and customers. You will be a robot 90% of the time, Very mundane tasks take up most of your time.
