No room for advancement. No raises unless you pretty much have to threaten them to quit your job. Place for people who don't have a degree or is content with not making a living wage. Ironically, you will make more money working at Walmart.

Excellent leadership who truly wants to see everyone succeed. Management gives you freedom to do you job, but is there in a heartbeat when you run into challenges or need help developing in your role. If you work hard, be coachable, and take the steps to improve yourself without having to be told to do so, you will be rewarded with new opportunities.

Cons

Very few. Competitive Industry and can take some time to learn.
