Team building atmosphere, great camaraderie with fellow employees, flexibility with schedule, approachable supervisors/managers, morally sound/uplifting environment, family-friendly, great benefits/pay, potential for growth, encouraging healthy lifestyle, clean/manageable/fun work spaces, volunteer opportunities/service time off

Cons

You're not able to transfer employment from in-office to work-from-home, should the need arise (moving to a state that's away from a eShipping location, etc.). That is about the only con to working at eShipping. I had a very hard time thinking of anything else!

Pros

Great work environment. After spending years in jobs where people walked over each other to succeed and gain promotions, this office has been a breath of fresh air. Management actively seeks to promote from within and will do their best to fit you to a role that enables you (accounting for your unique personality) to succeed. They have understood my busy school schedule and have allowed me to change my hours every semester to attend the classes I need. I have never loved to come to work before and complete a worthwhile mission with people who quickly became my close friends.

Cons

Good starting wage, however, part-timers do not receive raises outside of the annual increase to offset inflation.
