Pros

In a marketplace saturated by startup and outdated 3PL's, it is vital to create a work environment where employees not only thrive professionally, but believe in the company they represent. The culture created by leadership combined with the focus placed on employee development truly separates us from our competition. After wasting quality years working for other so called "Industry Giants", the emphasis placed on creating opportunities for employees to fulfill their destinies is truly a refreshing change.

Cons

If you are not willing to challenge yourself and show a dedicated to make an impact in the lives of your peers, family and community then this is not the place for you.

Pros

Amazing work environment/supportive team atmosphere. Even in sales, which is typically dog eat dog, everyone is pulling together to try and get a win. Leadership team that wants to see you succeed without a lot of boundaries. Given the freedom to go out, be creative, and make it happen. Across the company, even as we grow, there is a sense of "1 team" that you can feel. If you need something, everyone is willing to help.

Cons

Having this much freedom to go make things happen can be challenging for certain people. If you want to be told, step by step, how to make things happen, you might struggle here.
