Pros

New building. Free coffee, interesting coworkers, allowed to express my religious beliefs without fear of being judged. Great young staff.

Cons

Ltl is a zoo, little to no respect is shown to ltl employees even though we're a key pillar of the organization.

Pros

eShipping offers an amazing community of employees that enjoy working together. Each team has their own dynamic, but work together to form a strong culture that is unified with the vision of continual personal and professional improvement. I recently moved and was blown away by all the fellow co-workers that came over to help us without even being asked. They came just because they knew I was moving and wanted to help out. Very blessed to have a job with this company.

Cons

eShipping is moving soon to a new building and cannot wait for the additional space and functionality of the new building. The only con I can think of is the current number of bathrooms.

Pros

eShipping is an excellent company to work for. The environment is uplifting, people-centered, and ready to reward a job well done. They value creativity, positivity, and a proactive approach to problems. Chad, the CEO is an inspiring leader, and he has attracted a top-notch leadership team to work alongside him. They deliver transparency, clear direction, and support. Employees are encouraged (and enabled) to maximize their potential, to speak out when they see a better way of doing things, and maintain a positive outlook, not just on their work, but life in general.

Cons

eShipping seeks motivated employees, and it does not make room for negativity or laziness. Candidates looking to come in 8-5, do mediocre work, and be promoted on tenure alone do not succeed.
