Pros

I love my job. I love the people, the surroundings, the beliefs, the thought process, the respect...I love everything eShipping stands for. I have raised my boys to give and expect respect in all aspects of their lives and for me to be able to work for a company that treats all of their employees with the utmost respect is truly inspiring and energizing. I have worked for 30+ years and have never been a part of a work surrounding with such positive leadership and integrity as eShipping.

Cons

No cons that I see except maybe for growing pains which are a good thing. Without growth you have no future.

High concentration of great people. Focus on people over profits. Good strategic vision that is communicated well and constantly reinforced. Many companies claim to value integrity, eShipping means it.

Cons

Not a good place for someone that doesn't expect to be challenged. People that want to eek their way through life need not apply.
