Being in a fully remote environment gives me the flexibility to have a stable work life balance. I also appreciate the amount of time I am given to focus on my duties instead of being in meetings 24/7.

Challenging technical problems to solve. Excellent quality of senior technical leaders. My peers are some of the best in the business. We have a strong book of business and I am optimistic about our growth.

Cons

More focused on building a collaborative, open culture at all levels. More focus on real delivery and impact, not just financials and process metrics. More focus on motivating and growing junior employees.

Professional development and career growth is valued - I notice a lot of promotions and making sure folks are moved around if they are not happy in their current role Remote work and ability to trust employees Great leadership, Nam and AnhThu care about their people cool swag and great trips to get together

Cons

Benefits to make us competitive with other companies - I feel like some of our benefits are pretty traditional and nothing ""out of the ordinary"" that a modern digital services company should offer Some suggestions: Co-working stipend (contribute to wifi, etc. when we get bigger) more PTO or unlimited pto (difficult to manage) mental health days etc..
