Pros

eSimplicity is the kind of company that when you meet the team, you know that it will be growing and doing more cool stuff because the leadership and others I work with are brilliant and highly competent. They care about us on the team and there is huge upside and that's the kind of place I want to be. Other pros: -The salary compensation is excellent. -flexibility (schedules/WFH/fully remote) is huge and makes life easier -Leadership team is very accomodating and has the right mentality for the long haul

Cons

Depending on when you read this, the opportunities to move around or change positions are still fairly limited across the company until they win some major contracts. As that happens, this will not be an issue any longer. The benefits package needs work, but its sufficient. They usually make up for it with salary, though. Sometimes the work/life balance is tilted because of the demands of specific expertise or smaller teams, but it should be controllable and it is what you make of it. Lots of people have small children.

Pros

At eSimplicity, we are constantly seeking innovative solutions and approaches to problems. We are a motivated team of creative solutions experts with a sensitivity towards our clients.I have worked at many companies that were focused on the private and public sectors. The unique thing about eSimplicity is that we all feel a tangible ownership of the successes or mistakes we make. There is room to learn, grow and succeed. It's an open culture with very little politics; which is something I have sought after in many places.

Cons

We are a young but growing and company. Our culture is maturing and we are building our core values and character that define us and the people we hire.

Pros

The executive team is motivated by the mission and impact that our work has in the healthcare and defense arenas. The passion to improve people's lives is palpable! Company culture is "people first" and the organization has dedicated resources that support this culture. Continuous growth and achievement is also embodied in the culture. Employees are given the latitude to succeed at all levels of the organization.

Cons

None. Organization is definitely on the right track.
