Great Place to Work and a Caring Company
Pros
I've worked with this company since the beginning. I've seen us grow from a fledgling company to well respected and regarded company by our clients and partners on our contracts. We are a relatively flat organizational and collaborative work structure. I've seen eSimplicity give away awards, the regular company kudos, spot bonuses, paid vacation awards, and bonus $$s and vacation time. This is a company that tries to reward its staff as the company grows so that the company, the staff, their careers, and compensation seem to grow together. I've worked at everything from gigantic conglomerates, mid-size and start-ups, I've never been a part of a company before that works so hard trying to elevate all team members not just the high-performers or leaders that naturally bubble to the top. We have the highest educational allowance I've seen along with a great culture and flexibility to work hard but also set aside time for family with paid vacation awards. Who else pays their staff to take a vacation?
Cons
In a rapidly growing company it can be hard for the company to keep up with rapid hiring and the changing demands on the corporate support ecosystem. I'm very happy to see we continue to work and expand not only the value of the benefits offered to staff but also the corporate support structure, tools, and supporting teams CoP's/Guilds to make those working on the programs successful and the company successful.
