Pros

Being at eSimplicity feels like family. Senior leadership/management here really show that they care about both your personal and professional development. Although we are navigating through the challenges of being a small company, our presence in the government contracting and federal space is huge. Our CEO and COO have a great vision in respect of our growth. Transparency is key here and I'm super proud to be part of a great team and company. Working here is a pleasure to be connected to very smart and delightful employees!

Pros

Working at eSimplicity has been a game changer for me. The HR team does a fantastic job at keeping everyone involved, even during a virtual working environment. Also, the Executive Team really tries to put employee satisfaction as their top priority, and it really shows through their dedication to improving healthcare in the United States.

Cons

Not any that come to mind

Pros

eSimplicity is the kind of company that when you meet the team, you know that it will be growing and doing more cool stuff because the leadership and others I work with are brilliant and highly competent. They care about us on the team and there is huge upside and that's the kind of place I want to be. Other pros: -The salary compensation is excellent. -flexibility (schedules/WFH/fully remote) is huge and makes life easier -Leadership team is very accomodating and has the right mentality for the long haul

Cons

Depending on when you read this, the opportunities to move around or change positions are still fairly limited across the company until they win some major contracts. As that happens, this will not be an issue any longer. The benefits package needs work, but its sufficient. They usually make up for it with salary, though. Sometimes the work/life balance is tilted because of the demands of specific expertise or smaller teams, but it should be controllable and it is what you make of it. Lots of people have small children.
